Affirmations

Affirmations are repeated phrases intended to reprogram the mind and develop positive self-beliefs and behaviors aligned with one’s true nature as a divine being. While mantra is primarily intended to facilitate concentration and higher states of consciousness, affirmations are primarily intended to develop confidence and new neural pathways to facilitate positive thoughts and action. Examples of affirmations include, “I embrace transformation,” and “I can handle any challenges that come my way.”
